Bigs BBQ Offers Vegetarian Barbecue Sandwich

Vegetarian items are showing up in unlikely places.  Bigs BBQ on West Grace Street has added a vegetarian faux pulled pork sandwich to its menu.  

Owner Rob Weaver consulted with Ipanema Cafe to fine-tune a homemade seiten (wheat gluten) sandwich.  It comes with slaw and a homemade Memphis-style sauce.  The sandwich sells for $6.
