Directions:  

from MIDLOTHIAN TRNPK (Hwy 60)
 
HUGUENOT Rd (SR 147) at Chesterfield Towne Center - go North (towards the river), to
 
ROBIOUS Rd - turn RIGHT/East at lite.  Pass 2 lites (Woodmont Rd, Early Settlers Rd).
 
At OLD BON AIR Rd turn LEFT (lite).  Go ~1.5 miles (pass Timbers Apts, then Groundhog Rd
 
          where Old Bon Air Rd becomes Rockaway Rd.)
 
Make 1st LEFT after Groundhog (see sign “ROLLING HILL” townhomes) onto WATERS MILL Dr.
 
Immed bear Left = WATERS MILL Dr. See sign “VILLAS at BON AIR townhmes” at end of block.
 
 
 

** Go 1 more block bearing slightly left (now on Waters Mill Circle).  At the end of this block,
 
 PARK at the GAZEBO in the parking area. Do not park on the street.  Several other small parking areas are around Waters Mill Circle.   2325 is in middle of block, on the right.
 
 
 
 
 
from WILLEY BRIDGE/ CHIPPENHAM  & HUGUENOTRD
 
HUGUENOT Rd (SR 147) exit, then at lite turn RIGHT/South on to Huguenot Rd/147.
 
At 1st lite = BUFORD Rd= go LEFT/East for 0.9 mi.  Just after a little white church on your left (Bon Air Christian), turn RIGHT onto “Rockaway Rd/Old Bon Air Rd.” (no lite). On that corner is a sign for Old Bon Air Hotel apts.  You’re 0.5 miles from me.
 
Stay on Rockaway Road as you pass Bon Air Community Center and cross the RR tracks.
 
Make 1st RIGHT onto WATERS MILL Dr.  Sign says “ROLLING HILL” (townhomes).
 
Immed bear slightly LEFT = WATERS MILL Dr.  See little sign “Villas at Bon Air Townhomes” at the end of the block (on the right).

from FOREST HILL AVE (coming from the city)
 
BUFORD Rd (Left at lite).  Go ~0.7 mile to
 
ROCKAWAY/ OLD BON AIR Rd - turn RIGHT (no lite). Just before that turn is a white church on your left (Bon Air Christian Church). The corner where you turn has the Old Bon Air Hotel apts on the right.  (I’m just 0.5 mile from here). 
 
Stay on Rockaway Road as you pass Bon Air Community Center and cross the RR tracks.
 
Make 1st RIGHT = WATERS MILL DR.  Sign says “ROLLING HILL” (townhomes).
 
Immed bear Left = WATERS MILL Dr.  See little sign “VILLAS at BON AIR” at end of block.

MORE PARKING: 5 little parking areas are around the circle (Waters Mill CIRCLE).  The only curb parking permitted is at the immediate entrance to the complex, on Waters Mill DRIVE right near the “Villas at Bon Air townhms” sign, about 1½-2 blocks from my place.  All other parking must be in one of the 5 little areas around the circle.
