Formerly Ashland Coffee and Tea, the restaurant has been updated with a fresh new look and a new menu . One of the owners is a vegetarian and has enhanced the menu with vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options, like tofu, dairy-free cheese, and homemade seitan in addition to their regular meat and dairy meals. NewFound supports Hawks’ nonprofit organization, NewFound Families which works with adoption, foster and kinship families across Virginia.

The Newfound Gathering Place is located in the heart of Ashland's charming downtown area, so you may want to come early to have a look around.
